Refund policy

  1. Customers may obtain a full refund if the product arrived in non-working condition.

  2. In any other scenario, a 15% restocking fee will be applicable.

  3. To be eligible for a refund, customers must notify us of their intent to return the product within 7 days of receipt.

  4. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.

  5. Shipping costs for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived in non-working condition.

  6. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

  7. We advise all customers to please make sure the items they are purchasing are exactly what they need.

  8. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our requirements outlined in this policy.
